24K GOLD CD-R

For the most sophisticated connoisseurs and music lovers, we provide the service of preparing ORIGINAL MASTER DATA sound material dedicated for the SONY pressing plant cooperating with us. The possibility of preparing discs applies to all titles published by the Prelude Classics Company and 24K GOLD CD-Rs are prepared in a single step directly from our workstation in a lossless (non-compression based) process (Master Sound Quality: 44.1 kHz / 16 bit). 

The procdure of preparing discs is carried out by directly linking the DAW ecosystem, where the generated production files are burned in an external device, reducing the digital copying process to a minimum by writing CD-R at low speed from the original source data. There is no possibility here for production to proceed in a tape fashion. Each 24K GOLD CD-R release is prepared individually for an individual order with respect for the highest audiophile standards.

All production from 2025 onward will be relized on media prepared for Prelude Classics Manufakture by MAM-A (Mitsui) and each separate 24K GOLD CD-R features a unique and individual numeration of the individual copy released by Prelude Classics.

The 24K GOLD CD-R release is a Limited Edition prepared on special order and supplied in a dedicated cardboard box. It is not a pre-prepared hardcover SACD publication, which can be purchased in the |STORE| Publishing tab. The client is entitled to a product prepared on an exclusive order, but supplied with a digital booklet instead of a printed hardcover.
